OUR NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY

We have a no-hassle return policy and free and easy returns for all domestic orders!  If you don't love your cuff or need to return it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To start your return or exchange simply enter your address and order number below.

International Returns: For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns.
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method within 7-10 days of receipt.  After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.  Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

OUR 360 PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our product and if your cuff has any manufacturer's defect, we will replace it for up to 360 days after the original purchase.  Basically, if it's our fault, we will repair or replace your cuff for free!  However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your cuff through on your own.  Our product guarantee does not cover chemical damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, or theft.   Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please keep your order #.
