Q: I ordered the wrong cuff - what can I do?
A: The best thing to do is to start a return (with a prepaid label) and send the cuff back to us once you receive it and place a separate order for the cuff you want instead.
Q: I have a small wrist. What size wrist will your cuffs fit?
A: At the smallest, the inner circumference of our cuffs is 5.5 inches. If you purchase a cuff and it is too big it is easy to return it for a refund.
Q: I am not sure about matching my Series 3 gold Apple Watch with your cuff. What do you recommend?
A: If you want an exact match, the gold cuff is going to match the best.
We also have a no hassle return policy! So if you order two colors you can always return whichever one you don't want!
Q: Where is my package? I received a notification that my package has been delivered but don't have it - what can I do?
A: The package that you're looking for is a rectangular white box measuring 2x4x6 inches. If you didn't get it please check your front porch, mail box and any other place your mailman/woman usually leaves packages. Also please ask your neighbors or family members if they have seen any package matching this description. If you received a notification that it has been delivered it means it is close to you, just not quite to you yet. Ask around and see what you can find out. If after a day or so it is still missing you can file a claim or search for missing mail with the USPS by filling out the information here. Information you will need for the claim is mostly found in your order confirmation email including your tracking number. The mailing address your cuff was shipped from is:

Q: I returned a cuff and have yet to receive credit to my original form of payment.
A: We try to get all returns processed between 7-10 days from receipt of return. If your return is outside that window, please shoot us an email.
Q: My credit isn't showing up on my credit card statement.
A: It usually takes 3-5 business days for all credits to show up on credit card statements. Additionally, if you used Apple Pay, Shopify Payments or Amazon Payments it may take a few days longer and not look as if it has come from The Ultimate Cuff. If you've received a notification saying we've processed your refund, hang tight, it's on its way.
