WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. We do not ship on Saturdays. All customers will receive an order confirmation email and another shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The Ultimate Cuff cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. If you order a cuff and we ship it to you and you choose not to pay the duties/taxes applied to your package The Ultimate Cuff will not refund your order amount or any shipping charges.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we have successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal or Apple Pay account.

ARE YOUR CUFFS NICKEL FREE?
Our cuffs are 100% nickel free, perfect for sensitive skin! Our products are made out of brass which is then plated with either 14k Gold, 14k Rose Gold, or Silver Rhodium. So no, your wrist won't turn green.
No, our jewelry cuffs are made with 14k Gold, 14k Rose Gold, or Silver Rhodium and as a final step, each cuff is e-coated to ensure the plating will not wear off. Also, we have great customer service, if you have any problems with your cuff at all, just let us know and we will make it right!
WHERE ARE YOUR CUFFS MADE?
Our cuffs are 100% made in the USA.
IS THE APPLE WATCH INCLUDED?
No, the Apple Watch is not included. We do not sell the Apple Watch, only the bracelet band that goes with it. You can purchase an Apple Watch at www.apple.com.
WILL THE CUFF KEEP MY APPLE WATCH CLOSE TO MY WRIST?
Yes it will. Our cuffs are made with adjustable closures that hold your watch snug against your wrist, just like a regular silicon band. This design ensures that the cuff will stay in contact with your skin so that the Taptic and heart rate monitor features of your Apple Watch will work properly.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
The 38mm or 42mm size depends on which Apple Watch you have. You can turn your watch over to see the size number on the back. Whichever size you have, you order the matching band.
WHICH APPLE WATCH SERIES DO YOUR CUFFS FIT?
Our cuffs are compatible with Apple Watch series 1, 2, and 3.
I HAVE THE SERIES 3 WATCH, WHICH COLOR MATCHES THE CLOSEST?
The new series 3 Gold is a rose-tinted champagne gold. We have found that our Rose Gold is the closest match since it is a champagne Rose Gold.
Preserve your cuff's plating properties by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water, and chemicals. Store the jewelry in a cloth bag to protect it from the elements. We recommend gentle handling when putting your watch into your cuff.
- Refrain from wearing fine jewelry during heavy tasks. Even the cuff can chip in the right situation.
- Avoid putting the cuff in contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Use your judgment here :)
